They had a good iron pour just a few weeks ago at the local Metal Museum on the Mississippi River.

They were operating two cupolets, and had a third on-site that was not operating.

I counted 40 people in suits, and perhaps 10 more not suited up.

It was the largest iron pour I have seen, and was nice, but the downside was that with 40 people in the pouring area, it was almost impossible to get any decent photos.
I mainly got photos of people's backsides.

In the past, I have actually brought a 6 foot stepladder, but I did not feel like dragging it out this year, so I got minimal photos.

They had a very nice immersion iron pyrometer (perhaps $1,800.00 or more), and were supposedly pouring at 2,450 F, which is lower than I expected.

The ladle was a very nice synthetic insulating type, and BIG, so big that one guy could not lift his side of the pouring shank (see video).

They were filling one large vertical mold, and the steel bands melted, and the mold failed and spilled a spectacular amount of iron out on both sides on the ground.
Luckily there were no injuries, but some crying by the person who spent two days making the mold.

Unfortunately I had just turned off the video, so I got a video of the pour, and just after the huge spill.

Here is the video I got.

If you have the bandwidth, you can bump the resolution up to 480.
