FAQs

Starting 18 May 2026, you’ll receive an email notifying you that your offer to renew is available in My Account. Log in with your EA ID and make your payment by 30 June 2026 to maintain your membership benefits.

If you choose to pay via BPay, you’ll need to download your invoice and pay using the details on the form.

If your employer is partnered with us and pays for some or all of your membership fee – don't worry. You won’t receive an invoice from us since your membership will already be covered. If there are items on your membership that your employer may not cover, then you will only be invoiced for these outstanding items.

You can update your details by logging into My Account or by contacting our Customer Engagement Team to help you add or remove membership items such as NER registration or a technical society membership.

If you’re facing financial challenges, you may be eligible for a concession. Check the eligibility criteria, and apply via My Account.

You may be able to claim your membership as a tax deduction. Check the ATO website for more details or seek independent financial advice.

Your employer has the option to cover your membership renewal fee. You can:

  • Forward your renewal invoice to them, which includes a BPay option.
  • Request the use of the company credit card for payment.
  • Request that they call us directly to make payment on 1300 653 113

If your employer wishes to include you on their group invoice, they will need to contact us with your details so that you can be added for the next financial year.

If your employer wishes to set up a group invoice for the next financial year, please ask them to send an email to [email protected]

If you don’t receive your membership renewal email by 1 June, try checking your junk/spam folder for an email from [email protected]

Otherwise, you may need to update your contact details with us.

Check your details via My Account or contact our Customer Engagement Team.

A tax invoice with payment confirmation will be sent to your email automatically.

Credit card payment receipts will be sent to you automatically, while BPay payment receipts can take up to three business days.
